SMD LED (Surface Mounted Device LED) is the most mainstream packaging form in LED display, lighting, backlight and other fields. It is a surface-mounted device that connects LED chips with terminal applications, featuring mature technology and wide adaptability.

SMD LED encapsulates the LED chip in a plastic bracket with a cup cavity, connects the chip electrode to the bracket pin via gold wire, and seals it with fluorescent glue or epoxy resin. It can be directly mounted on the PCB board, ensuring effective chip protection and stable electrical conduction.

For displays: 1010, 1515, 2020, 2121, 2727, 3535 (3535 for outdoor, 2020/2121 for indoor small-pitch displays);

For lighting: 2835, 3014, 3528, 5050, 5730 (5050 for RGB full color, 2835/5730 for home lighting).
