• Polymer Chips Feeding - Raw polyester or polypropylene chips are melted
• Spinning - Melted polymer extruded through spinnerets to form continuous filaments
• Cooling & Stretching - Filaments cooled and stretched to enhance strength
• Web Formation - Filaments laid randomly onto conveyor belt to form loose web
• Bonding (Needle Punched or Thermal Bonded)
• Finishing - Fabric trimmed, inspected, and rolled for shipment
