Reinforced Long Filament Nonwoven Geotextile for Railroad Ballast Separation and Highway Subgrade Stabilization
Product Description:
This Long Filament Geotextile is specifically designed to provide long-lasting separation and filtration in heavy-duty transportation infrastructure. When installed between the soft subgrade and the aggregate ballast in railway systems or the base course in highways, it prevents the intermixing of soil layers. This separation function maintains the drainage and structural integrity of the aggregate, preventing pumping and rutting. The needle-punched structure of continuous filaments provides excellent filtration properties, allowing water to pass through freely while retaining soil particles, thus preventing clogging. Its high strength and resistance to dynamic loads make it exceptionally suitable for the high-stress environment under railroad tracks and heavily trafficked roads, significantly extending maintenance cycles and improving project longevity.
