A multi-functional composite material engineered for highway and railway projects, integrating drainage, filtration, and reinforcement capabilities in a single solution.
This advanced geonet is optimized from standard composite drainage geonets by increasing geonet core thickness and enhancing non-woven geotextile tensile strength. It provides rapid seepage water discharge while improving foundation bearing capacity, stress distribution, and preventing foundation deformation.
Manufacturing Process
High-quality HDPE material (density ≥ 0.94 g/cm³) forms the geonet core, with increased vertical ribs and inclined supports for enhanced compressive strength and drainage capacity. Upper and lower non-woven geotextiles use high-strength polypropylene fiber processed by needle punching to improve tensile strength and filtration performance.
The composite process employs hot-melt bonding + needle punching technology, creating a firm connection between geonet core and non-woven geotextile that integrates drainage, filtration, and reinforcement functions.
