Scraper conveyor is an essential transportation solution for conveying materials including sludge, kitchen waste, and dust removal. Composed of head transmission, chute, and scraper components, this equipment enhances sealing performance and scraper strength while increasing conveying capacity and operational efficiency.
The scraper conveyor operates by fixing scrapers to chains (forming scraper chains) in the open material receiving section. When the head transmission starts, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, causing the scraper chain to circulate and drive materials along the chute until discharge at the machine head. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket in a continuous closed cycle to complete material transportation.
