The spiral surface provides both conveying and mixing functions during material transport. Available in three configurations: solid spiral surface, ribbon spiral surface, and blade spiral surface to suit various operational requirements.
These spiral blades serve diverse industries including building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, mining, and agricultural sectors through bulk handling and pilling operations. They are optimized for horizontal or inclined conveyance of powdery, granular, and small block materials such as coal, ash, slag, cement, and grain. Maximum operating temperature for conveyed materials is 200°C.
