Working Principle
The scraper conveyor operates by fixing scrapers to chains (forming scraper chains) in the open material receiving section. When the head transmission unit activates, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, causing the scraper chain to circulate and propel materials along the chute until discharge at the machine head. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket in a continuous closed-loop operation for efficient material transport.
