Product Features
Shaftless screw conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless screw body, tank lining plate, feeding port, discharging port, cover (when necessary), base and other components.
Driving Device
When using a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or shaft-mounted hard-tooth surface gear reducer, the driving device should be positioned at the discharge port end to maintain the screw body in tension during operation.
Head Assembly
Equipped with thrust bearing to withstand axial forces generated during material conveyance.
Chassis
U-shaped or O-shaped design with rain-proof cover, available in stainless steel, carbon steel, or FRP materials.
Shaftless Spiral
Constructed from stainless steel or carbon steel materials.
Tank Liner
Available in wear-resistant plastic plate, rubber plate, or cast stone plate materials.
Inlet and Outlet
