Product Description
Screw conveyor is used in many industries, including building materials, chemical engineering, coal, grain and oil, and fodder. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveyance of powdery, granular, and small block materials such as grain, coal, flour, cement, chemical fertilizer, and similar products. This conveyor cannot handle materials that are prone to metamorphosis, are sticky, or tend to agglomerate. Operating environment temperature range is -20°C to 50°C, with material temperature tolerance up to 200°C.

Working Principle
The screw conveyor operates through the continuous rotation of the screw blade shaft within a closed groove, which pushes material forward. During this process, the material behaves similarly to a bolt, gradually moving forward in axial direction during rotation until it discharges through the outlet.
