Product Overview
This U-shape screw conveyor is designed for efficient material handling of powder, granular, and small lump materials including cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, ash, slag, and sand. The fire-resistant inclined semolina auger feeder features a hopper and is unsuitable for materials that are prone to deterioration, sticky, or excessively lumpy.
Applications & Operating Parameters
Widely utilized across building materials, chemical, electric power, coal, metallurgy, and grain industries. Suitable for horizontal and inclined arrangements with maximum inclination of 20°. Operating environment temperature ranges from -20°C to 50°C, with material temperature capacity up to 200°C. Maximum vertical lifting height is 8 meters.

Structural Design
The screw conveyor comprises three main components: conveyor body, discharge outlet, and driving mechanism. The body structure includes first, middle, and tail sections with specialized bearing arrangements. The first section incorporates thrust bearings for axial force management, while middle and tail sections feature support bearings. The tail section includes radial bearings with axial movement capability to accommodate shaft length variations and temperature changes. Available in both single shaftless and double shaftless configurations to meet diverse operational requirements.
