Working Principle

Separation Process
- Inlet: Sand-water mixture enters from the top of the separator
- Sedimentation: Heavy sand particles settle at the bottom of the spiral groove
- Lifting: Spiral mechanism lifts sand particles along the inclined U-shaped groove
- Dehydration: Water flows back through spiral gaps while sand particles dry
- Discharge: Dried sand particles exit through discharge outlet, supernatant flows through drainage pipe
