The spiral sand washing machine is a specialized equipment that efficiently cleans and screens sand and gravel materials. Through its spiral mechanism, it mixes soil and water with the materials, discharging impurities while gradually screening and outputting clean sand and gravel.
The motor drives the impeller through V-belt and gear reduction, causing sand and gravel to roll and grind within the washing tank. This process removes surface impurities and breaks water vapor layers for effective dehydration. Continuous water flow carries away low-specific-gravity impurities through the overflow port, producing clean machine-made sand.
