Product Introduction
This equipment is designed for cohesive treatment of sludge with moisture content ranging from 45-80% in sludge drying processes. It effectively handles materials from filter press dehydration, centrifugal dehydration, and screw stacker dehydration, serving as transfer storage material. The system prevents common issues like sludge arching and bridging that disrupt normal operation in sludge treatment facilities.
Working Principle
The deceleration motor drives the arch breaking mechanism through a coupling. The rotating breaking plate rolls, cuts, and breaks material within the storage bin, effectively destroying bridge formations and ensuring smooth material flow to subsequent processes.
