Product Operation Principle
The horizontal ribbon mixer operates through the coordinated action of internal and external ribbons on the stirring shaft. The inner spiral belt pushes materials from the center to the cylinder sides, while the outer spiral belt moves materials from the sides back to the center, creating efficient convection circulation. This dual-direction movement ensures rapid and uniform mixing of materials within short processing times.
