Product Introduction
The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove configuration, with one left-handed and one right-handed screw. These screws rotate through a gear pair at the shaft extension, creating axial material movement for efficient conveying operations.
Working Principle
Material enters through the feed port. As the rotating shaft turns, the helical blades generate thrust that moves material axially along the trough. Material gravity and trough friction prevent rotation with the blades, ensuring controlled forward movement.
