The high intensity magnetic separator operates by placing matrix net inside the working chamber surrounded by screw coils. AC power is transformed into DC excitation power through a silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform magnetic field with high gradient characteristics on its surface. As slurry passes through the matrix within the working chamber, magnetic particles are absorbed while non-magnetic materials flow through, effectively separating magnetic matter from non-magnetic substances.
