Working Principle
The horizontal ribbon mixer utilizes internal and external ribbons on the stirring shaft to create material movement within the barrel. The inner spiral pushes materials from center to sides, while the outer spiral moves materials from sides to center, creating efficient convection circulation for rapid, uniform mixing.
