Product Introduction
Screw conveyors are used to convey bulk material from almost any position (vertical, horizontal, or at an incline) and are one of the most reliable methods of conveyance. The screw conveyor is composed of a pipe with a welded steel strip that is formed into a continuous helix. The helix is referred to as the flighting.
Working Principle
Materials (liquid or solid state) are loaded into the conveyor and pushed along by a helical screw blade ('flighting') mounted onto a rotating shaft. Materials remain entrained between the screw blade and casing until the point of discharge is reached.

- The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel shaft helical gear reducer, which has a compact structure and runs smoothly and safely.
- The conveying direction is determined by the helical direction of the helical blade and the rotation direction of the motor, and bidirectional conveying can be implemented.
