HPT Fully Hardened Powder Alloy Screw
Manufactured from tungsten-cobalt powder alloy tool steel with integral hardening. Uniform internal and external hardness of HRC65° suitable for transparent products, precision components, and high-temperature corrosive plastics including LCP, PES, PPA with fiber additives.
Double Alloy Screw
Base materials SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA with tungsten carbide nickel-based alloy ion spray welding. Surface hardness HRC60° ideal for transparent products and engineering materials like PA6, PA66 with fiber reinforcement.
Electroplating Screw
SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA base materials with hard chromium, nickel, or titanium electroplating. Hardness HRC60° suitable for PC, PMMA, PET transparent materials and corrosive U-PVC plastics.
Stainless Steel Screw
9Cr18MoV special stainless tool steel with complete quenching and hardening. Overall hardness HRC55° for specialized applications.
