Screw Material Classification
HPT Fully Hardened Powder Alloy Screw
Made from tungsten-cobalt powder alloy tool steel with integral hardening process. Uniform internal and external hardness of approximately HRC65°. Ideal for transparent products, precision components, and high-temperature corrosive plastics including LCP, PES, PPA with fiber additives.
Double Alloy Screw
Base materials SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA with tungsten carbide nickel-based alloy ion spray welding on crest or groove. Surface hardness approximately HRC60°. Suitable for transparent products and engineering materials like PA6, PA66 with fiber additives.
Electroplating Screw
SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA base materials with hard chromium, nickel, or titanium electroplating. Hardness approximately HRC60°. Recommended for PC, PMMA, PET transparent materials and corrosive U-PVC plastics.
Stainless Steel Screw
9Cr18MoV special stainless tool steel with overall quenching and hardening treatment. Overall hardness approximately HRC55°.
SKD61 Screw
Hitachi SKD61 material processed with specialized techniques for enhanced toughness and superior torsion resistance.
Ordinary Nitrided Screw
Base materials SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA with specialized processing. Nitride depth 0.5-0.8mm, overall hardness HV980~1080°. Designed for standard plastics including PP, ABS, PS, AS, PVC.
Screw Segment Functions
Feeding Section

Compression Section
