The spiral sand washer operates through a synergistic process of agitation, settling, and material transportation. As sand-cement slurry enters the inclined trough, rotating spiral blades agitate the mixture while gravity settles heavier sand particles. Lighter impurities remain suspended and are washed away, while the rotating spiral conveys cleaned sand up the slope, discharging excess water through tank holes.
