Working Principle
The spiral sand washer operates through a synergistic process of agitation, settling, and material transportation. As the sand-cement slurry enters the inclined trough, rotating spiral blades agitate the mixture while gravity settles heavier sand particles. Lighter impurities remain in suspension and are washed away by water flow. The spiral simultaneously conveys cleaned sand up the slope while discharging excess water through tank holes.
