Technical Operation
This industrial juicing system combines a crusher unit with a spiral juicer for optimal performance. The crusher, mounted directly above the juicer feed port, processes materials that then flow directly into the juicing mechanism.
Crusher Components
The crusher assembly includes a cylinder, high-speed flying knife rotor, bottom knife, motor, and pulley system. The rotating knife rotor operates within precise clearance to the bottom knife, creating an efficient cutting action that prepares materials for optimal juice extraction.
Juicer Construction
The juicer consists of a front support structure, feed hopper, precision spiral mechanism, filtration system, juice collection container, rear support, and dedicated slag discharge chute for continuous operation.
Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the main shaft at constant speed via pulley transmission. Materials are initially chopped by high-speed rotating hammers and, through centrifugal force, pass through waist-shaped screen openings. This process reduces fruits and vegetables to 2-5mm particles before entering the spiral juicing system.
The spiral component features a gradually increasing bottom diameter and decreasing pitch toward the slag outlet. As materials advance through the spiral, the reduced cavity volume creates progressive compression. Raw materials fed into the hopper are pressed by the advancing screw, with extracted juice flowing through the filter into collection containers while waste materials discharge through the adjustable annular gap between screw and pressure-regulating cone.
