Technical Advantages
Continuous, uniform-thickness helical blades are the core component of screw conveyors. Their uniform thickness across the entire helical surface solves the problems of stress concentration and easy deformation inherent in traditional cold-rolled blades, offering significant advantages in industrial conveying.

Manufactured using winding or segmented stamping processes, thickness deviation can be controlled within ±0.1mm, resulting in substantial improvement in mechanical properties. Maximum stress is reduced by more than 15% compared to traditional blades.

Made with 304 or 316L stainless steel, they offer outstanding corrosion resistance, with a service life three times that of carbon steel blades in chloride ion and acid/alkali environments. Surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm reduces fluid resistance by 20%, lowering conveying energy consumption.

These blades are suitable for various applications: small-sized wound blades for food processing machinery and agricultural harvesters (conveying efficiencies up to 20t/h); large-sized segmented stamped blades for heavy-duty conveying in mines and cement production lines. 40mm thick wear-resistant steel blades have a lifespan of over 8 years.
