This customizable SUS304 stainless steel spiral vibrating inclined feeder conveyor is specifically designed for industries with high hygiene requirements such as food processing and plastics manufacturing. It primarily handles the lifting and conveying of powdery materials. The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel, meeting industry clean production standards.
Core Structure and Configuration Features
Feeding System: Equipped with a circular hopper and built-in vibration device to prevent powdery materials from bridging and clogging, ensuring continuous and smooth feeding. The hopper volume can be adjusted according to production capacity requirements, with a standard configuration of 180L.
Conveying Structure: Utilizes a spiral lifting design, supporting inclined feeding. The standard inclination angle is 45°, customizable within the range of 30°-60° according to project needs. Conveying pipe diameters are available in 89mm, 114mm, and 133mm specifications. Lifting heights are customizable from 1-5m, with support for even greater heights.
Convenient Design: Employs a quick-release connection structure, making daily cleaning and maintenance very convenient. A semi-open design is also available to adapt to different process scenarios.
