Plow mixers are widely used to mix powder, granules, and small liquid additives in food, chemical, and construction applications. - Material Selection: Available in carbon steel, manganese steel, SS304, 316L, and 321. Different materials can be used for parts contacting and non-contacting raw materials. Surface treatments include sandblasting, wire drawing, polishing, and mirror polishing.
- Driven Unit: Customizable power and output speed based on raw material properties and processing requirements. Motor options include general, explosion-proof, variable frequency, and high-efficiency energy-saving motors. Multiple reducer and connection options available.
- Mixing Unit: Features dismountable plow heads for easy replacement. Wear-resistant treatment enhances durability. Various main shaft agitators available including ordinary plough, saw-toothed plough, and shaver-shaped paddles.
- Discharging Unit: Standard pneumatic planar flap valve ensures no mixing dead zones. Available in manual, pneumatic, and electric drive types with multiple valve options.
- Auxiliary Components: Equipped with steam coil jackets, sampling valves, high-speed choppers, temperature sensors, weighing systems, and dust removal systems. Liquid-adding systems available for even distribution.
- Shaft Sealing: Three sealing types available: packing sealing, combined type air-purged sealing, and mechanical sealing.
