Structure and Working Principle
The equipment integrates four functions of dirt interception, slag removal, screw lifting and press dewatering. The equipment is installed in the water channel at 35° from the horizontal and the sewage flows into the drum from the port of the drum. The water flows out through the slit in the side of the drum, and the grate retains suspended and floating materials in the drum. The drum rotates at a certain speed with nylon brushes and rinse water spray on top of the drum to clear the grate and lift it out through the spiral. The slag is dewatered and pressed and discharged into a container or subsequent transport unit, and the whole process is clean and odorless.
