All Wegsute products carry a two-year warranty (unless otherwise stated). Should you encounter an exceptionally rare product issue, please contact us via email or website message.

Convenient Returns:

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note: eBay fees will apply.
Important: Contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number before returning any items. Packages without this number will not be accepted.

Should an item be faulty or incorrectly dispatched, please contact our sales representative before returning the parcel. We will endeavour to resolve the issue efficiently. Video or photographic evidence of the item's condition is required before a return authorisation number can be issued.
