Feature
Main castings are made of high quality cast iron, the stress aging treatment, ensure deformation during a long-term use. X/Z-axis are equipped with big box-way guideway, greatly increase stability of machine tool. All structure parts with rib-type structure reinforcement, improve the overall rigidity. The guideways of all axis and column are ground process after quenching, quenching hardness can reach 45 to 55HRC. Slide guideway paste high-performance and wear-resisting soft belt, abrasion resistance loss.

Vertical Tool-Post
* Adopting the structure of double balance cylinder and motor on the middle location, ensure lifting stability of ram, guarantee efficiently machining accuracy of workpiece. X/Z-axis adopt the obsessive lubrication, lubrication system can lubricate on time after starting machine.
Worktable Drive
* Using two-speed motor with low and high speed, through transmitte straight narrow V-belt drive job rotation, to make worktable gaining high speed.
Lifting Screw
* Using double hoisting structure,AC motor drive screw through gear-box on both side of the column, comparing with lifting mechanism of old-type CNC vertical lathe, horizontal accuracy of cross-beam is more stability.
Positioning Clamping
* The machine has four clamping point on the back of beam; Clamping mechanism and beam lifting motor interlock; Four clamping points distributed evenly and clamping force equilibrium, to ensure beam clamping tightly fixed on the column when beam stop lifting.
Feed Unit
* Tool-post horizontal feed(X-axis) and ram vertical feed(Z-axis) are driven by AC servo motor through the gear reducer driving ball screw, the reducer and screw through the flexible coupling connection, high transmission efficiency, small transmission error, high transmission precision.
