CNC Horizontal Heavy Duty Lathe
This series of machines is CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe suitable for rough machining and finish machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metal workpiece with carbide, ceramic and other tools in facing, external cylindrical turning, taper cutting and curved shape.
Various types of steady rests, roll chock stand, grinding attachment and milling attachment are available as option according to customer's choice.
Feature：
1.Machine bed has three guideways or four guideways on one-piece casting, and induction hardened to guarantee high accuracy, big load capacity and long life, Carriage guideways are fully protected with metal plate splash guards.
2.Main spindle is supported by imported high precision, radial backlash adjustable double row cylindrical roller bearings in optimal distance considering supporting distance and chuck diameter to get the best accuracy and stiffness.
