Applications of the CNC oil country lathe:
The CNC oil country lathe meets the special requirements of users in the petroleum, geological, mining and chemical industries, and in agricultural irrigation and drainage, it is able to cut various straight and taper pipe threads of union joints, drill rods, casting pipes, drain pipes, well castings and water pump pipes more economically and efficiently as compared with the engine lathe, however, it may serve as an engine lathe to cut various metric, withworth and module threads, shafts and disks.

Double chucks (Front & Rear):

The lathe standard is equipped with dual chucks (3-jaw or 4-jaw), the spindle can meet different diameter long-bars, the spindle bore includes 130mm, 200mm, 225mm, 255mm, 280mm, 300mm, 330mm, 360mm, 390mm, 440mm, 520mm, 630mm, and customized spindle bore ( 5.1" ~ 24.8” ).

4-stations electric turret:

- Adopt famous brand electric turret, high positioning accuracy. Other tool post comes optional.

Tailstock:

- Manual moving tailstock comes standard, the electric moving taisltock comes optional.

CNC system:

SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, FAGOR, KND, HNC, GSK, etc. for you choice.
Automatic Production Line for Steel Pipe Threads (optional):

Test - roundness & cylindricity:

Precision turning the external surface of the bar, test accuracy:
Roundness: less than 0.01mm;
Cylindricity: less than 0.025/300mm

Test - verticality:

Precision turning the end surface of the disc, test accuracy:
Verticality: less than 0.02/300mm

Test - roughness:

Precision turning the external surface of the bar, test accuracy: Roughness: Ra1.6um

Threads turning test:

Fine turning taper threads (Taper: 1:16, Thread pitch: 3.175mm), after testing by special measuring device, it can meet accumulative error of pitch to 0.015/25.4mm.

Comprehensive testing parts (only for CNC oil country lathe):

All CNC lathes must make a final cutting process after all standard inspections of the machine, through cutting external surface, steps, arc surface, tapered surface, etc., in order to inspect stability of CNC system and overall performance of the machine.
