Double chucks (Front & Rear):

The lathe standard is equipped with dual chucks (3-jaw or 4-jaw), the spindle can meet different diameter long-bars, the spindle bore includes 130mm, 200mm, 225mm, 255mm, 280mm, 300mm, 330mm, 360mm, 390mm, 440mm, 520mm, 630mm, and customized spindle bore ( 5.1" ~ 24.8” ).

Taper turning attachment:

The taper turning attachment is a standard configuration for the oil country lathe, the lathe can cut different tapered angle long cone and taper threads by the taper turning attachment.

Spindle box:

- Wide spindle speeds for different processing requirements.

4-stations turret:

- Adopt famous brand manual turret, high positioning accuracy.

Tailstock:

- Manual moving tailstock comes standard, the electric moving taisltock comes optional.

Test - roundness & cylindricity:

Precision turning the external surface of the bar, test accuracy:

Roundness: less than 0.01mm;

Cylindricity: less than 0.025/300mm

Test - verticality:

Comprehensive testing parts (only for CNC oil country lathe):

All CNC lathes must make a final cutting process after all standard inspections of the machine, through cutting external surface, steps, arc surface, tapered surface, etc., in order to inspect stability of CNC system and overall performance of the machine.
