* The machine is designed with wheelhead moving type, reasonable structure and nice-looking.
* The machine is surface grinding machine with grinding workpiece around ground wheel, and it can also grinding vertical surface of workpiece by grinding wheel side-face. The width of the machine table is 300/320/400mm, the effective length is 1000/1600/2200/3000/4500mm, and max. grinding height is 400mm, the max. heighten is to 800/1200mm. The workpiece can be clamped by electromagnetic chuck, or fixed directly on the worktable, or other fixtures .
* The longitudinal movement of the table is hydraulic driven. The transverse motion of the grinding head on the drag plate is hydraulic driven, and it can also be operated manually, with hand and hydraulic interlock device. The drag plate (along with the grinding head) is mounted on the column. The upper and lower vertical movement have the function of manual feed and maneuver (fast lifting), and interlocking devices.
* Wheelhead is equipped with a quick lifting mechanism, which can reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
* The spindle is driven by a built-in motor. In order to reduce vibration, the spindle must be dynamically balanced after being loaded into the rotor. The center of gravity offset must not exceed 3.5μ, and the grinding wheel must be statically balanced.
* The distance between the oil recovery point and the oil entry point in the oil pool is the longest, and the hydraulic oil is circulated to balance the oil temperature distribution and reduce the thermal deformation of the machine.
