* Hardened and ground table surface, guideways, and gears, and scrapped by hand. * The machine is a multi-functions drilling milling machine, can finish milling and drilling at one clamping workpiece. * For MD100 and MD100H, vertical and horizontal spindle are driven by V-belt to gain 8-steps speed. * For other MD series, vertical spindle gain 8steps speed by gears, horizontal spindle gain 8steps speed by V-belt. * Mill head swivels ±90°, quill movement by capstan handle, or quill micro-feed by hand-wheel. * Top beam can be rotated by ±180° on the column to horizontal machining. * X/Y/Z-axis feed by hand-wheel. Power feeder and gear-box feeder come optional for auto-feed. * Coolant system and work lamp and chip collection tray are included in standard equipment.
