1.SG-CNC series saddle moving surface grinder, the table size covers 200x500, 250x500, 300x630, 300x1000, 400x800, 400x1000.

2.Well designed perfect symmetrical structure insure the machine is very suitable for precision grind. Saddle makes cross movement driven by AC servo motor (Y-axis), worktable make reversing movement driven by hydraulic or servo motor (X-axis), and spindle make elevating movement (X-axis) and is driven by AC servo motor.

3.SG-CNC2 model: Y/Z-axis numberical control and linkage, drove by AC servo motor and ball screw; X-axis drove by hydraulic.

4.SG-CNC2 model: Y/Z-axis numberical control and linkage, drove by AC servo motor and ball screw; X-axis drove by hydraulic.

5. The worktable is driven by imported hydraulic valve unit, realize smoothly motion without shocking.

6.  Independent hydraulic station assembles with air cooling, running stably with small temperature rise, provide enough power for precision grinding.
