*For UG-series, the workhead can be rotate to any position within its conterclock direction 90°, so it can be suitable for grinding inner or outer surface of taper.

*For UG-series, the cylindrical grinding machine has internal grinding apparatus, internal grinding spindle is supported by precise roll-bearing. 

1.The workhead adopts inverter motor to realize stepless speed adjustment.

2.The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic or by handwheel. The worktable can rotate to a certain degree so as to be suitable for grinding taper. 

3.The wheelhead cross feed is driven by hydraulic, which realizes automatic periodical feed and rapid feed. It can also do rough and fine feed through handwheel. 

4.Wheelhead spindle is supported by bimetal shell bearing, which make the spindle have high rigidity and stability, ensure heavy, excellent finishing surface.

5.The workhead spindle, wheelhead spindle, internal grinding spindle, coolent pump, hydrodynamic and hydrostatic oilpump are driven by separate motors. 

6.Each moving parts of the machine has electric, hydraulic and mechanic interlock structure the machine is well designed with pleasing appearance, all control lever are centralized in panel make operating easy.

7.The wheel dresser can be assembled on the worktable surface of on the tailstock. 

8.The one-piece bed is made of high quality cast iron, rails surface hardened and precision grinding, high stability and high rigidity.

9.The base table slide way with TF material and been precision manual scraped; The wheel head slide way is V-flat rails with liner-roller, high precision and low motion friction.
