Product Overview
The 15W Self-Cleaning Filter is an advanced industrial filtration system designed for sewage treatment plants, offering efficient water purification with flow rates ranging from 20-1200m³/h. This equipment provides reliable performance in landscape water purification systems and sedimentation dissolved air flotation tanks.
Working Principle
Source water flows through the filter body and passes through the filter screen, where smaller particle impurities are trapped within the mesh of the screen's inner surface. The purified filtered water is then released through the water outlet.
Self-Cleaning Mechanism
The system offers three cleaning initiation methods: differential pressure (preferred method), set timers, or manual operation. When the differential pressure between the interior and exterior of the filter reaches the designated level, the self-cleaning mode activates automatically.
The cleaning operation involves opening the hydraulic valve connected to the drain pipe, creating negative pressure inside the suction nozzle of the suction scanner. This action draws impurities away while the suction scanner spirals and moves along the inside walls of the filter via hydraulic action, ensuring comprehensive cleaning of all filter areas. The collected impurities are discharged through the sewage outlet.
