Treatment Process Flow
Raw water → Booster pump → Quartz sand filter → Active carbon filter → Micro filter → High pressure pump → RO unit → Pure water → UV sterilizer/ozone generator
Filtration Components
Quartz Sand Filter
Removes suspended solids and large particles, achieving SDI less than 4 and turbidity under 1 NTU.
Active Carbon Filter
Absorbs odors, certain bacteria, and free chlorine. Both filters feature automatic control with auto control valves or electric valves for automatic operation, washing, and backwashing.
Antiscalant Dosing Unit
Proprietary chemical solution prevents dissolved inorganic salts from scaling on RO membranes, ensuring high-quality output water. Dosing frequency is adjustable by client. Can be replaced by resin filter.
Micro Filter
Cartridge filter with 5 μm PPF filter elements protects RO membranes by removing residual impurities. Filter elements typically replaced every 3-4 months.
RO Membranes
0.0001 micron filtration precision with 98-99% desalination rate. Removes all salts and bacteria. Features Cleaning In Place system eliminating need for membrane removal. Available brands: USA DOW, Hydranautics; Korea Saehan; China Vontron.
Control System
Fully automatic PLC control with touch screen interface, manual button control option, and real-time system status display with one-key start functionality.
