Working Principle
This system operates on pressurized dissolved gas flotation technology. Under controlled conditions, large amounts of air are dissolved in water to form dissolved gas water. Through sudden decompression release, numerous fine bubbles are generated that adhere to coagulated particles ("alum flower") in wastewater, causing floc to float upward. Special scraping mechanisms remove accumulated scum and oil, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.

- Food slaughtering and tannery wastewater: 70% COD removal rate, 90% suspended solids removal

- Paper making white water: 95% fiber recovery, 86.7% COD removal
