Advanced Adsorption Technology
The activated carbon purification process operates through physical adsorption, where organic compounds in waste gases are captured within the carbon's extensive pore structure. The material features a sophisticated microcrystalline arrangement with three distinct pore types:
• Micropores (radius < 20Å): Primary adsorption sites
• Transitional pores (radius 20-1000Å): Secondary adsorption zones
• Macropores (radius 1000-100000Å): Transport channels
This structure provides an exceptional specific surface area of 500-1700 m²/g, enabling superior adsorption of toluene, xylene, styrene, and other organic pollutants.
Regeneration Capability
When activated carbon reaches saturation (dynamic equilibrium between adsorption and desorption), the system supports regeneration processes to restore adsorption capacity, ensuring continuous operation and cost efficiency.
