This customized spray tower wet scrubber system effectively treats acid and alkali waste gases through advanced gas-liquid absorption technology. The system ensures compliance with national emission standards while providing reliable performance in industrial applications.
Working Principle
Exhaust gas enters the purification tower through the inlet pipe and passes through the packing layer, where it undergoes thorough gas-liquid two-phase absorption and neutralization reactions. After purification, the treated gas passes through mist elimination plates and demisters before being discharged into the atmosphere via the fan system. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the bottom pump and sprayed from the top of the tower, then recycled back to the bottom for continuous operation.
