Technology Overview
This system utilizes high-energy UV ultraviolet light beams to irradiate waste gases, breaking down molecular structures of industrial pollutants including ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, VOC compounds, benzene, toluene, xylene, and other malodorous substances. The process transforms complex organic and inorganic polymers into harmless low molecular compounds such as CO₂ and H₂O.
Working Principle
High-energy UV beams decompose oxygen molecules to generate reactive oxygen species, which combine with oxygen to form ozone (O₃). The combined action of UV radiation and ozone oxidation effectively degrades industrial waste gases, eliminating odors and destroying bacterial DNA through synergistic decomposition reactions.
