It has a two-fold purpose: preventing speeding and ensuring drivers reduce speed when approaching curves. Moreover, as vehicles approach curves, it also notifies oncoming traffic in the opposite lane, contributing to a safer driving environment for all.
Utilizing millimeter-wave radar for detection, this speed sign emits electromagnetic waves to detect moving vehicles in its proximity. Once a vehicle is detected, the radar instantly sends a signal to the control board. The control board then performs precise calculations and operations to display the vehicle's current speed.
