1.Welding and Manufacturing
The laser blanking process is used to complete the automatic assembly between the tube section and the head through the streamlining operation. The certified welder of the Chinese GB standard, ASME, classification society and other systems adopts double gun automatic welding, plasma automatic welding, and argon arc automatic welding and other advanced and high-quality welding processes to complete the tank body and internal welding, and the intelligent welding robots complete the welding of the external parts of the tank. The ultra-high proportion of automatic welding makes the welding quality of Hongtu’s products high-quality and stable, and the qualified rate of non-destructive testing is more than 99%, reaching the international and domestic leading level.
2.NDT
Advanced DR non-destructive testing technology and DDA automatic detection equipment with functions of one-key automatic detection, automatic digital evaluation and defects marking are adopted. After passing the test, a digital evaluation reports are automatically generated.
3.Heat Treatment
Using leading ultra-high-speed nozzle gas furnace equipment, adopting a more stringent heat treatment process than the standard, we achieve a high-precision furnace temperature uniformity control of 550-700℃, up to ±10℃, to relieve stress after welding to ensure the overall mechanical properties and quality stability of our products are better than those of other companies.
4.Hydraulic Test
We carry out the pressure test according to the design code and design documents, using clean water as the testing medium. After the test is qualified, the water will be drained and blown dry. After the hydraulic pressure test, the qualified vessels have no leakage, no visible deformation, and no abnormal noise during the test. If there is any leakage, retest will be done after repairing.
5.Air Tight Test
The air tightness test of the pressure vessel is carried out after the hydraulic test is qualified. The test medium is clean air, nitrogen or other inert gases, and the gas temperature is lower than 15°C.
