1. Do you have a catalogue of ribbon bows?
Yes. If you need a catalogue, please tell us the usage of ribbon bows, and then we will send you a catalogue.
We also accept customers' design. We can make ribbon bows according to your picture or AW.
2. How many colors do you have?
196 colors are available for satin & grosgrain ribbon.
63 colors are available for organza ribbon.
Colors can be customized, you just need offer us a Pantone color number, and then we can do dyeing.
3. Do you have a color card?
Yes, often we will send color cards by e-mail, but if you need a real color card, you will be charged 20usd; it is refundable once you place an order to us.
If you can not choose right colors from our color cards, then please offer us a PMS number, then we can do dyeing.
4. What size do you have?
Sizes of ribbon bows are customized.
5. What is the mass delivery time?
General 7-30 days after the payment or deposit, depending on the quantity of order.
But if you need your items in a rush, please contact us in advance.
6. What's the Payment Terms?
Full payment if total amount is less than 1500usd.
30% deposit in advance and 70% balance payment against B/L Copy, if total amount is more than 1500usd.
7. What about Samples?
Small quantity samples can be free; you just need afford the shipping cost to your door.
It will cost us 3 days to make a samples with materials in stock.
But if doing customer's colors will cost us 7 days, and customers will be charged 40usd/color as dyeing fee. Also it is refundable depending on the quantity of your confirmed order.
8. What is the sample time?
It will cost us 3 days to make a samples with materials in stock.
But if need dyeing colors or doing printing, will cost us 7 days, and customers will be charged 40usd/color as dyeing fee or digitizing fee. Also it is refundable depending on the quantity of your confirmed order.
