To meet the conveying requirements of many customers in low demand conditions such as gravity feeding, TECLION has specially designed and manufactured this economical powder rotary valve, which is specifically used for conveying powders in gravity feeding conditions. Adopting precision cast shell, it has high cost-effectiveness, high filling rate, external rotating valve bearings, and is equipped with protective sealing rings. The rotary valve in the picture is a large-diameter rotary valve with a diameter of DN300. Due to the customer's gravity feeding condition, only 6 rotors are equipped. Polish the material contact surface to 300 # and perform degreasing treatment.Usually configured as a direct drive, if the customer requires chain drive, it can also be met.

TECLION can be paired with various forms of rotors to cope with different characteristic media and operating conditions. For example, when transporting positive and negative electrode materials of batteries, TECLION can spray tungsten carbide or ceramic inside the rotary valve cavity.
