As shown in the picture, this rotary airlock valve has an anti jamming structure design, which is specifically designed for conveying granular materials. This rotary valve not only prevents jamming, but also can be started with material. Compared to our other competitors' rotary airlock valves, it has a lower material crushing rate.

This DN250 rotary airlock valve has a rotor volume of 20L, high filling rate, and high conveying capacity, suitable for pneumatic conveying conditions with a pressure difference of no more than 1.5 barg. If the customer is using positive pressure dense phase conveying, we can upgrade this rotary valve to a high-pressure rotary valve that can operate under a pressure difference of no more than 3.5 barg
