Industrial Dehumidifier for Efficiently Removing Excess Moisture in the Air

The working principle of a dehumidifier involves several key processes:

Condensation

• The dehumidifier draws in moist air from the surrounding environment. This air passes over a cold evaporator coil. As the warm, moist air comes into contact with the cold coil, the moisture in the air condenses into water droplets. This is similar to how water droplets form on the outside of a cold glass on a hot day.

Collection

• The condensed water droplets collect on the surface of the evaporator coil and then drip down into a collection tray or tank. Some dehumidifiers have a continuous drainage option where the water can be piped away directly.

Drying and Circulation

• The now drier air is then passed over a warm condenser coil. This warms the air back up before it is released back into the room. This process not only dries the air but also helps to maintain a comfortable temperature in the space.
