1. Prepare Tools: Grout, glue gun, gap cleaning tools, vacuum cleaner, masking tape, seam pressing tools, and rags
2. Clean Gaps: Remove dust, debris, and cement from tile joints using cleaning tools, ensuring 3mm depth. Vacuum thoroughly
3. Wipe Gaps: Use damp rag to ensure clean, dust-free surfaces
4. Apply Masking Tape (Optional): Protect tile surfaces from grout stains
5. Install Nozzle: Select appropriate nozzle size and cut at 45-degree angle
6. Load Glue Gun: Insert grout cartridge into applicator gun
7. Apply Grout: Align nozzle with gap and apply evenly using glue gun
8. Press Seams: After 10-15 minutes (depending on curing speed), smooth grout surface with pressing tool
9. Clean Residue: After 24-hour curing period, remove excess grout from tile surfaces
10. Inspect & Rectify: Check grouting results and address any uneven areas
