Fire-resistant expanding polyurethane foam sealant is a one-component, economical solution with excellent performance characteristics. Application Instructions
Surface preparation is essential - remove all dust and grease before application. For humidity below 50%, lightly spray water on the surface. Shake container for 1 minute before use and fill gaps to approximately half capacity. Surface drying occurs in about 5 minutes, with cutting possible after 30 minutes and full curing within 3-5 hours. For temperatures below -10°C, warm the container in 40-50°C water before use.
Safety Recommendations
Store in dry, cool areas below 45°C. Never burn or puncture used containers. Wear work gloves and goggles during application. Avoid open flames and smoking near application areas. This product contains micro harmful elements that may irritate eyes, skin, and respiratory system. If contact occurs, rinse eyes with clean water immediately or seek medical attention. Wash skin with soap and water if contacted.
